Testing

Safety is our top priority! We guarantee that our products are compliant with all United States testing (CPSIA/CPSC/ASTM). Our products are tested yearly at CPSC (U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission - the main product safety regulatory agency) accredited internationally renowned labs like TUV Rheinland, Intertek, SGS, and Bureau Veritas. We test for heavy metals like lead and endocrine-disrupting phthalates and also for mechanical hazards such as sharp points or choking and suffocation hazards (Brain Flakes® discs pose a choking hazard to children 3 years old and younger). Further, every single production run is thoroughly inspected by a combination of third party inspection companies and our staff.

Our Brain Flakes® discs are made from non-toxic and safe polyethylene and are PVC, BPA, and latex FREE. All our products are CPSC, CPSIA, and ASTM compliant. If you have further questions do not hesitate to contact us.
